This is the quote I was given tonight by my drunken accomplice, who shall remain anonymous, except for his/our exploits.  So, we went downtown to scare up a few hookers and hit the casino.  We both lost at the casino and I decided to order a steak for some comfort, which was delectable btw, and I can post more about this all later, but I am druuuuunk right now so I don't feel like typing too much so to make a loooong story short, this random fat girl approached me and said it was her birthday.  Shortly after, my anonymous friend showed up, freshly back from the bathroom and I told the fatty that my friend gave kisses for birthdays ( she asked for a shot and i was like, "no.") and so she took him around the corner and made out with him for about 10 min.  Pure awesomeness and hilarious too!   THEN, we migrated to a different bar so we could dance.  He thought he had escaped!  BUT, alas, she found us!  She also attempted to hook me up with her friend (this haoppened first at the previous bar) because she wanted my friend and nknew the only way was to get me involved as well.  So my friend is draft dodging this behemoth of a woman while i am maccing on the hot friend... then he turns around, only to see me making out with my chick and he described it as finding out that he was surrounded by 3 walls and his exit was guarded by a heifer lmao....   so he proceeded to make out with her some more to be a good team player but  in the end he just couldn't take it anymore so we left :(   my giurl was hot though and I really hope we get in touch again.. If we dont whatever, but if we do it;d be fire.  Well that's about all, besides for the other group of 3 girls we were talking to when my friends fatty showed up at bar #2 ... we suddenly abandended them and it was funny bc they acted as if they thought we were cool to chill with and nothing more for about a half hr and then when we dropped them for the girls who we had met at the bar before the new girls got all bitchy..... it was funny.  Anyway, life is running better, now if poker would just start to run a little hotter I would be complete.  Nite

I seem to be immune to the horrible run that my bro and G bear are on. I hit a pretty bad slump but nothing like they've been experiencing. So this tourny i think puts me back to even or possibly up a bit for the month. Hopefully I can get something going in the bigger games to start makin bacon.

Not on fire, but not getting buff_hucked

This was my first money today and how I lost.  Pretty sick imo.  Nothing horrible but if I was running hot I hit that and win an extra hundo.  Also, I made the money in the 50k sunday, unfortunately I only got 32nd for $325.  I was in 2nd briefly about 10 hands earlier when I lost a flip QQ v AKs via a backdoor flush.  Then lost with 99 to 77 for a good stack and took 32.  But I guess I can't complain, seeing as it was my first 109 and I could easily have just lost a hundo.  That is all for now.  Currently as I type, on the bubble in the 1500 teed freezout 22d buy in. 

Green is good

Not a great score, but puts me in the green for the day. Had a raging headache for most of the night so I couldn't play, was happy to get some money back at the end of the night.

My latest tourney cash.  What sucks is I lost with close to even stacks heads up with Aces vs 910.  He called a major reraise post to hit a gutshot and i was invested.  Meh.  Yay for me.  $387 in the bank.

Running like shit as well

I can't seem to make a final table for my life lately.  Not going to post any screen shots but speaking of flawless never losing... I lost a pot to him just 2 days ago with 15 left in the 2500 r/a late tourney.  I had 66 he shoves 56s from the cutoff with about 10bb i had about 20bb I call he miracles a running flush.  And to top off my bad run in that tourney I take 11th after regaining chips after my flawless beat by calling an utg ai with 1010... bad call when the other guy has underpair as all he has to do is hit a set... or running straight.  And so is poker and so is life.

Jayday's been running hot in the baby games, so I gotta slam him back down again! Can't let him get cocky. Last night I managed to take down the 7k once again! w00t! I even made flawless take 3rd so thats an extra bonus. This was a funny one bc some guy at our table was bitching about how flawless never loses a flip, flawless goes on to win 3 huge coinflips, including one that KO's the guy who was bitching! You should never stir up the gods like that, you're just asking to get shit on...

The three handed was tough as usual, but I managed to get flawless to go all in at me when i flopped an ace and he had middle pair. Was a pretty smooth check on my part i must say. I started the HU with 180k vs a 40k stack with blinds @ 2.5k, 5k. When i had 44 in the BB and he shoved for 35k it was a no brainer, he had 99 and i bink off a nice 4 and tell him I would have won anyway lol. GG was a fun game. Hopefully that guy learned his lesson about mocking the golden boy of the gods!

Horrible month

I have been having a horrible month, so I decide to put nose to grind stone today and make some money.... But of course I run like dog shit... I thought Lalong was a decent player.. guess not.

Consistency

That's what makes me a winner :) My spidey senses were all dead on today, I made some nice key bluffs in huge spots and showed them to piss people off. Then I talked some shit to get a guy to call me all in with his KQ only to be dominated by my AK. Hopefully I'm this tuned in for the fall classic. Oh also I was dead tired so I chopped the 5k HU with resteppa bc he offered me an extra $100 for my bigger stack. He's a good player though and I was tired enough to chopadoodle. Still lets keep the hits comin guys! seems like one of us has one every day lately. I love it

... and so is winning tournies.  But when you get to combine the two, well that's almost as good as an orgasm.  I just had the privlidge of beating a guy named PhilAtio.  I love the name, and love that he fellated me while I took all of his chips to take down a 2k teed for approx $360.00 (I took a screen shot but then fucked it up so I won't be able to proudly display my trophie) :( However, I must say that the best one I have seen yet was on Full Tilt.  A guy named buff_hucker.  That is pretty epic for a poker name.  With that being said I would be interested to hear what the rest of you have seen as far as names with any sort of sexual inuendo.  Btw I changed my name to be the same as my actual handle on the site which is nitelight9 from collegeguy07 which was the first name I ever made to play online poker some 3 years ago.

Moving on, I haven't posted in a while so I have kind of a lot to say.  So, more poker stuff.. (yay!)  In the past week I have made 4 final tables which were all much needed as I had taken so many beats and also made so many bad plays that my br was hurting a bit.  I took 5th or something in some tourney for like $130 which lifted my spirits and helped me get back to the basics and play solid poker instead of the shit I had been playing.  Shortly after that I took first in 2 tournies in the same day which are listed here!  Big day at the end of Sept!

After winning the $2 r/a 2k teed today I am on a roll.  Running well (i deserve it btw) and playing well.

In other poker news, I was playing some dbag at hu NL25 and after taking a couple decent pots off of him with with very drawy hands he was calling me a donk and really laying into me for calling small bets with open ended draws and the like and then crushing him on the river with value bets when they hit.  Eventually, there came a hand where he flopped the 2nd nut flush with QJd I was holding the K and he made something around a 1/3 pot bet on the flop which I called and turned my nut flush.  He then checked and I checked behind.  On the river he shoved for around $20.00 I believe into a pot of around 10.  And now for the good part.  Seeing as he was being a faggot and I love to be a cock myself, I proceeded to slowroll the fuck out him.  I timebanked down to around 5 sec and called... it was at this point that our villain lost his fucking mind, sat out, and went on a tyraid that lasted a few minutes. He would actually sit back in, then out just so he could keep going.  It was hillarious bc he said that was uncalled for and called me ruthless which I reveled in.  Here are a couple shots of somewhere in the middle of his rant:  

After this, I convinced him to sit back in by asking him eventually if he was gonna reload and play or if I was going to have to take his money to a diff table.  After winning another $10.00 or so he sat out and table blocked me for the next 20 min.  (At one point I was sitting with him on 13 tables) I was going to report him but then some tourneys started and I got lazy so I just left.  

So that's how poker has been in the past 2 weeks or so.  I need to buy a new comp too but I am planning on blowing like $1400.00 or so on it so it is taking me a bit to save.  But no one probably cares about that.  As far as bitches go, I have been on a major dry spell since I gave the other 2 hos the boot.  I think it's been like 3 weeks now, but I have a date thurs so maybe poker won't be the only area of my life that takes an upswing :D  If anything good happens I'll post. 

Dueling Banjos

Me and Mcdough have been playing dueling banjos w/ eachother lately, so here is my response to his recent winnings. Last week I won $1200 back to back which was pretty sweet. Yesterday I managed to take 1st in the 7k rebuy add on. I got down to HU and I was outstacked 5 to 1. Luckily my opponent was stricken with downs once again and I managed to dominate him into oblivion :) Today I coached RayRay to 2 wins that i'm sure he'll be posting later. Our trio is really on fire right now and hopefully we can keep it burning. Getting drunk with my m8's tonight so I don't expect to play much 2morro but who knows! shorty fire burnin on the dance floor.

I miss the Cadi

I know this blog is primarily for poker. But I miss my car. I'm rollin' in a fucking Toyota Camry and it is so small and gay. I miss my big, gas burning, smooth riding, Cadillac. Thursday morning my alternator went out on the free way. Everything on a Cadi is electronic so the whole car fucking shuts off. I called these tow truck guys and they were like , "Hey you're the guy with the Cadillac we towed before" and I was like, "yea thats my luck". I got to school late and the principal asks me, "How did you get here?" I said, "Wedged in a tow-truck with two fat guys".
However, I must admit I have had good luck playing poker today. Up 375 playing Heads up hundred. For an amateaur like myself I think it is a good win. I guess I will use those proceeds to pay for the rice burner that I am renting right now. Houston Texans over the Cowboys -3 +100. My all your hands be live and your pots be monsters. Skol Vikings!

I took 2nd in the 6k teed today for $1200. I forgot to take a screen shot bc I had to leave all quick to save my buddy chris from a gay situation with some "friends" who are pretty much just assholes. I played good on the final table and just got shitty cards for the HU. Still I managed to make a $1200 win 2 days in a row now and I'm just hoping for the hat trick I guess. It's 3am and I have to get up @ 8 to go to my stupid GEo class and turn in the project... Mos def wasn't worth it to go get drunk tonight and listen to some douchebags argue about politics or even the universe...

I didn't win the PLO... but

I managed to take down the $4k teed. I did about 5 shots of goldschläger pretty much just to prove that me drunk pwns sober people. It doesn't take much for me to buzz pretty hard, god i love goldschläger... I just realized i can buy a shitload of it with these winnings which I owe to the delicious liquid. Lots of donkness in the turbo 4k but it's always a good time and I was pretty due to win one. I took a sick 3 outter in the $60 7k game today, bubbled the FT of the $2750 on AQ to 78 pf.(was a weird call for him to make considering the weight i had behind me) anyways another trophy to add to the blogz0r. If only I can make myself start going to my physical Geo 101 class... gayness. I was supposed to be measuring the rain or some shit for 20 days but I didn't bother to, so now google is going to help me finish the project just hours before it's due :) <3 laziness. Oh also in this game I'd like to remind myself I folded JJ pre in a big spot thinking it might be too big of a flip to take. I was completely wrong this time the guy had 66 and I would have been the chip leader with 5 left lol. But still he coulda had AQ... w/e I stole my way to first instead of gambo'd. GG was had by all.

I think I'll start posting some wins to boost my own confidence. I cash almost every omaha tournament I play but I keep landing in the top 2 so I mos def need to invest more money in this game. Cash games always seem to rape me @ it tho, can't win a 70 30 to save my life. Oh wells here is some money back. Hopefully Ray will be posting up some tourney wins soon. So I randomly ask terje for stake on fulltilt which I do every so often(he almost always tells me to go fuck myself). He decides we are going to play the 75d KO 23k teed. Since it is our first real stake deal besides a few little tournies on merge network. So we finally decide on a 65/35 deal, which I admit is a little ridic based on my 85% final table(Terje always jokes and says that I final 85% of my mtt's). Terje played also but he ended up busting out early with AA vs JJ and the J came, this leaving it all up to me. This fuckin shitface player MOVEoverROVER1 calls me with any 2 cards when he is in the blinds. He also called me on a T76 board with a4 and turn rivers a straight on me... losing a big pot. This shit happened a lot with this player, he would also shove all in on me on small pots and stuff like that. So I said to Terje, "you know im gonna hit the nuts on this fag and get him one of these times" and Terje kept saying "He is playing personal poker" which from his land means yeah he is a fag. So I make it to the final table and who has 500k chips? MOVEoverROVER1...... This shitface luckboxed his way to a giant stack on the final table. So I triple with QQ vs a8 vs aq and take down a decent pot and I finally make it to HU. Who am I playing against? MOVEoverROVER1..... This donk keeps asking me for a chop saying ill take 5k u take like 4300? I reply "just play". He has stack with 700k and I am sitting around 300k to start the HU match. I made 2 hero calls(that were pretty amazing, one where he shoved me on river with nothing and I hero with second pair) that ended up taking our stacks too even. Then I had A3 with the A of spades. I minraised the button and he called. Flop 567 all spades, he checked I bet he calls. Turn brings 3 of spades. He minbets the turn I flat. He bets like 120k on river and I shove him, he insta calls with the king and I ship it all baby. It ended up being the second nuts but I told Terje this would happen I just didn't know it would be HU vs him. Eat shit donks playing personal poker. I love it when people try to battle me cuz I always win. GG

Starting my cash game adventures!

So I started cash gaming NL$100 on merge today, i must say 6 max seems pretty easy @ this level/site. I managed to come away with something like $100 profit.(not beautiful I know). But I ran like dog shit for a lot of the day, the best sample being this hand. Hopefully 2morro goes much better. 35% rakeback is most baller I must say. Maybe I'll start posting stuff here for my own amusement. Oh I also heard Jday is almost busto and ray ray is coming back for more this friday. GL guys hopefully things turn around for everyone soon.

The Road to Glory

The road is more than just long, it's brutal. I've got 4 more semesters of my marathon college career before I can decide to play poker fulltime... roflcoptor on lawlersk8z. It seems lately all I'm able to do is float around and make enough to pay the bills. But for some reason the school year is giving me some serious drive. I'm about to start grinding out mass hours and hopefully I just anal rape the poker scene. I just started playing on victory poker which is a sweet little network about to join cake. I was able to turn $250 into $500 playing hu50 for like a day. The rake is insane bc the cap is fucking FOUR DOLLARS instead of .25 cents... ridiculous. but the players are all afflicted with downs syndrome so it's worth the rake.

So here I am pledging that I will start my massive grind-a-thon and play a beastly schedule of HU

Cash games for the rest of this semester. I'll start charting my progress mostly for my own benefit.

I'm gunna take a few risks this year, mostly work harder, and be nice and stacked for my senior year.

That was the text I got last night from the 31 yr old mother of 2 I've been seeing for the past couple of months, which I ignored...  At this point I suppose I should backtrack and explain who I am and why I am writing on this blog and why I am blogging about some 31 yr old skank from a housier ridden part of Missouri.  I'm collegeguy and though I play quite a bit of poker, I'll be the first to admit it's not my natural habitat.  I mean, I'm not bad at poker and with the right supervision, you might even say I'm pretty good.  Not really good.  Not great.  But pretty good.  Anyway, my purpose on this blog is not as much to talk about my bad beats, how the poker gods are unmerciful, or how awesome some tourney win was as much as I am here to talk about my life because, for the most part, it's more interesting than everyone else's on this blog and more interesting than yours is for that matter too.  HAH! Just Kidding.  I'm actually quite a bore. 

Moving on, I haven't played much poker since June because I had to remove my entire $800 bankroll to pay for the cost of going to a friends wedding in Denver, which fucking sucked  btw.  So I have been broke as shit and forced to get a real job to cover the costs of life and try to rebuild a roll.   And that's where I am now.  In the mean time I have also been talking to 2 girls and trying to get over my ex girlfriend.  The girls, including the ex, are 20, 25, and 31.  Pretty much covering the spectrum of women who aren't old enough to be my mother.  Either way, I'm dropping all three on account of one being a re-tard, 2 having 4 kids between them, including an 8 yr old :O wtf, and one being terrible in bed.  I am going to attempt to only go out one night per week for the next 2-3 months and conserve money as to add to a br more quickly but we shall see how that goes.  I like to drink.  That makes things difficult.  My ultimate goal is to save 2k for a hu50 exclusive br.  I don't really have much else to say for now.  I am kinda drunk so if this doesn't make sense, suck it.  And at least now I am finished with the introduction of my great self.  So from here on out things will be better and make more sense.  Okay.

No posting :( starting up again now!

We have not been posting on here in forever. We have decided to start up again now. We both have made somewhat of a transition to merge network from fulltilt. We both have been killing it even after only being there for a little over a week. Too bad they changed the MTT LB promo to some dumb tourney king freeroll, much rather win a 12.5k seat pack then like 1400USD after beating up 200+ donks also. Before it was under a 100 players and u take home a big prize now its over 200 and u take home shiz. Blow me freerollers! Frodonkin1 has made its return to merge, fear the beast...

To new beginnings

Spring semester just started up and i have an assload of papers to write this semester. 2 lead the class projects and lucie wants us to keep the house nice and clean every week this semester. So it looks like I'm going to have hardly enough time to get things going as far as poker goes this semester. But i'm going to try to chunk time off of other valuable things like crafting stars and or war :). anyways im real happy to be starting this semester off right and hopefully I can keep it up. My plan is to also put more effort into the game of poker, and hopefully me and Ray totally crush Lumiere's. haha this is more self motivational than anything but hell here is to a good semester! hopefully I end up needing that champagne sometime soon! GL me...
